Steps to make Braised Noodles with Beef and Spinach

  • 1. Put flour and spinach powder into a noodle bucket, add 3 grams of salt, and add 205 grams of water.

  • 4. Roll out a long strip and use chopsticks to press a mark in the middle, which is convenient for splitting the noodles after stretching.
