Steps to make Hong Kong style Dim sum series 4-Chinese and Western mini hamburgers
- 1. Divide the foreskin into 20g portions and rub until smooth.
- 2. Dip in Danbai, then black and white sesame seeds, and let it stand for thirty minutes.
- 3. Cut into small pieces and mix well with the shrimp dumpling filling.
- 4. Squeeze the shrimp dumpling filling into about 30 grams per piece and flatten it in breadcrumbs.
- 5. Fry in oil until golden brown.
- 6. Steam the buns for six minutes, take out everything and add cheese slices, cilantro, fried shrimp, and cover.
