Steps to make Chrysanthemum and eggplant
- 1. Prepare ingredients.
- 2. Wash the eggplant and cut it into sections, about 6CM long.
- 3. Then cut a cross shaped knife at one end. Don't cut the section at the bottom, you can put a chopstick underneath.
- 4. Soak in salt water to prevent blackening.
- 5. Apply flour evenly.
- 6. Add oil to the pot and heat it until bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot. Add eggplant and fry.
- 7. Fry until slightly yellow and scoop up to drain oil.
- 8. Place it on the plate.
- 9. Add oil to the clean pan, add tomato sauce, and stir fry.
- 10. Add a small amount of water, white vinegar, and vinegar. Scoop the spatula and add a little water starch until thick.
