    Steps to make Oyster sauce and tofu skin

    • 1. Change tofu skin to a knife and blanch it in water, then drizzle with water for later use
    • 2. I mixed raw soy sauce and old soy sauce into a sauce, but I mistakenly added pepper grains as well.
