Steps to make Little Apple Mousse Cake

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the gelatin in water for a while.
  • 2. Soak the softened gelatin in milk, let it melt over water, and then let it cool.
  • 3. Place a cake slice smaller than one inch into a six inch cake mold.
  • 4. Pour in half of the mousse solution (yogurt+apple chunks+sugar+gelatin solution mixed into a sauce) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Add a second slice of cake.
  • 6. Pour in the remaining mousse solution and refrigerate with rock sugar for 2 hours.
  • 7. QQ Candy+water should be separated and melted to cool down.
  • 8. Pour it onto the cake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
