Steps to make Little Apple Mousse Cake
- 1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the gelatin in water for a while.
- 2. Soak the softened gelatin in milk, let it melt over water, and then let it cool.
- 3. Place a cake slice smaller than one inch into a six inch cake mold.
- 4. Pour in half of the mousse solution (yogurt+apple chunks+sugar+gelatin solution mixed into a sauce) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- 6. Pour in the remaining mousse solution and refrigerate with rock sugar for 2 hours.
