I miss the tiramisu that I haven't made in a long time! I made a soft bodied version at home today, and it's very convenient to put it in a cup to eat!

Steps to make Tiramisu (Soft Version)

  • 1. Put the egg yolk and granulated sugar into a bowl
  • 2. Heat over hot water and stir continuously until the sugar melts and the color turns white
  • 3. Add Mascarpone cheese to another bowl and use a blender to loosen it
  • 4. Mix egg yolk batter and mascarpone together
  • 5. Stir evenly to make cheese paste
  • 6. Whip the whipped cream to 70% off, don't beat it too hard
  • 7. Mix the whipped cream with cheese paste
  • 8. Stir evenly to make cheese milk paste for later use
  • 9. Add coffee liqueur to a small bowl
  • 10. Take one finger of the biscuit and quickly soak it in coffee wine, then spread it on the bottom of the cup
  • 11. Pour in a portion of the mixed cheese milk batter, then spread a layer of coffee soaked finger cookies on top
  • 12. Pour in an appropriate amount of cheese milk paste, smooth it out, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator
  • 13. Before eating, take out the refrigerator and sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface
  • 14. Tiramisu completed
