Steps to make Tiramisu (Soft Version)
- 1. Put the egg yolk and granulated sugar into a bowl

- 4. Mix egg yolk batter and mascarpone together
- 5. Stir evenly to make cheese paste
- 6. Whip the whipped cream to 70% off, don't beat it too hard
- 7. Mix the whipped cream with cheese paste
- 8. Stir evenly to make cheese milk paste for later use
- 9. Add coffee liqueur to a small bowl
- 10. Take one finger of the biscuit and quickly soak it in coffee wine, then spread it on the bottom of the cup
- 11. Pour in a portion of the mixed cheese milk batter, then spread a layer of coffee soaked finger cookies on top
