Steps to make Xiamen Sand Tea Noodles

  • 1. Prepare noodles, wash and slice pork, wash pork liver, rinse with clean water, wash vegetables, remove shrimp lines from shrimp, and wash thoroughly.

  • 11. Mix the peanut butter with warm water.
  • 12. Add a little tomato sauce.
  • 13. Add peanut butter.
  • 14. Add 3 spoons of sand tea sauce
  • 15. Add some minced garlic, salt, sugar, and fresh soy sauce.
  • 16. Add pepper powder and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • 17. Put down the small vegetables and bring them to a boil. Add chicken essence and turn off the heat.
  • 18. Put the noodles into a large bowl, and put the meat slices, shrimp, pig liver, Oily bean curd, and vegetables on it.
  • 19. Scoop in the soup and sprinkle some chopped green onions.
