During this period, various lazy meals have become my favorite. The Kwai lazy people's meals usually made at home are braised cakes and noodles, which are parents' favorites. Stewed in one pot, it has both rice and vegetables, time-saving and delicious, without the need for technical stir frying, and can change various flavors according to the ingredients.

Steps to make Braised Bean Noodles
- 1. Wash the beans and break them into sections about two inches long.
- 2. Cut scallions and garlic into small pieces, and cut dried chili into sections for later use.
- 3. Slice the pork belly for later use.
- 4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and stir fry the pork belly until the surface changes color.
- 5. Add chopped scallions and half minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
- 6. Add light and dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
- 7. Add the green beans and stir fry until they are broken.
- 8. Add an appropriate amount of hot water, bring to a boil over high heat, and season with salt. (Don't miss the beans.)
- 9. Reduce the heat, add noodles, cover the pot, and simmer for about 5 minutes. (Be careful not to stick the noodles to the edge of the pot to avoid burning the pot)
- 10. Carefully flip the noodles over, then flip the layer with soup onto top and continue simmering until the noodles are cooked.
- 11. Add the remaining half of the minced garlic, and if there is still soup, reduce the heat.
- Mix the noodles and beans evenly before serving.
