I have been learning baking for over a month now, but I failed to use my favorite paper cup at the beginning. I took advantage of this weekend to tidy it up. I only made 4 cups, which my friends love to eat. If I had known, I would have made more. Hahaha~

Steps to make Cupcake

  • 1. Prepare all materials
  • 2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and put the egg white in a large bowl without water or oil

  • 5. Add a second round of whipping until patterns appear
  • 6. Stir until dry and foamy for the last time. When lifting the egg beater, the egg whites have vertical sharp corners
  • 7. Add egg yolk to beaten egg whites
  • 8. Stir evenly
  • 9. Then sieve in the flour and stir evenly
  • 10. Melt butter over water
  • 11. Add milk after melting
  • 12. Stir evenly
  • 13. Pour the mixed oil and water into the batter
  • 14. Stir evenly to make a cake batter
  • 15. Put the batter into a piping bag
  • 16. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius at the foot of the mountain
  • 17. Pour the batter into a paper cup, about 8 minutes full, shake it a few times to remove any bubbles inside.
  • 18. Place it in the middle layer and bake for 30 minutes until the surface turns golden brown. Use a toothpick to poke it until there is no sticky residue
