I am no exception. Today, in order to match the fried dumplings, I made this soup specially. There is no beef or mutton. I used the chicken bones left from the chicken leg meat to boil the chicken soup. Mushrooms, yellow flowers, kelp, and peanuts are not authentic, but very delicious.

    Steps to make Henan flavor - soup with pepper

    • 1. Soak shiitake mushrooms, yellow flowers, kelp, and peanuts in water in advance.
    • 2. Cut shiitake mushrooms and yellow flowers into sections for later use.
    • 3. Wash the seaweed thoroughly and cut it into shreds.
    • 4. Cut the seaweed shreds and set them aside.
    • 5. Soak the peanuts and cut them into small pieces.
    • 6. Blanch chicken bones in advance and stew them in soup.
    • 7. After stewing the soup, take a medium bowl and pour in the Hu La Fen. Boil it in cold water and stir until dispersed. Then pour it into the pot and add the sliced mushrooms, yellow flower segments, and shredded seaweed.
    • 8. It is best to pour in crushed peanuts, drizzle with an appropriate amount of sesame oil, and a little salt.
