A while ago, I stocked up a lot of blueberries, but they didn't taste fresh after being stored in the fridge for a long time. I decided to make them into a sauce to eat. The jam I made myself has no additives and the fruit flavor is super good

Steps to make Blueberry sauce
- 1. Clean the blueberries thoroughly and drain the water
- 2. Cut open the lemon and juice it for later use
- 3. Pour blueberries into a non stick pan, add an appropriate amount of soft white sugar (you can reduce the amount first, and increase the sweetness later), stir fry until the blueberries come out of the water
- 4. Keep the heat low and press the blueberries while stir frying
- 5. Stir fry slowly until the blueberry juice is slightly thick and the blueberry meat is soft and tender
- After tasting the sweetness, add half a lemon juice
- 7. Stir fry again for a few minutes, taste the sweetness moderately, then turn off the heat and let it cool
- 8. After cooling, put it in a bottle, store it in the refrigerator, and consume it as soon as possible.
