Steps to make Yuqian Mantou

  • 1. Pick and clean the elm money thoroughly.
  • 2. Put clean water in the pot, and when the water boils, pour in the elm money and blanch for 5-10 seconds. Remove the excess water and squeeze out the excess water.
  • 3. Add 300 grams of flour, 2 grams of salt, 3 grams of yeast powder, 1 gram of baking soda, and 130 milliliters of water to Yu Qian.
  • 4. Knead into dough and let it ferment in a warm place.
