    Steps to make Shaanxi Saozi Noodles

    • 1. Add a little salt to the flour, slowly pour water into the flour bowl and stir.
    • 2. Knead into a smooth and slightly hard dough, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before use.
    • 3. After taking out the dough, roll it into thin sheets, sprinkle the flour on top, and stack them into several layers.
    • 4. Cut into thin noodles with a knife, shake and set aside.
    • 5. Slice tofu and diced yellow cabbage.
    • 6. Heat the wok over high heat and add oil. Fry the tofu until golden brown, then remove and control the oil.
