Steps to make Shaanxi Saozi Noodles
- 1. Add a little salt to the flour, slowly pour water into the flour bowl and stir.
- 2. Knead into a smooth and slightly hard dough, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before use.
- 3. After taking out the dough, roll it into thin sheets, sprinkle the flour on top, and stack them into several layers.
- 4. Cut into thin noodles with a knife, shake and set aside.
- 5. Slice tofu and diced yellow cabbage.
