Steps to make Hometown Snack - Flat Meat
- 1. Materials: flat meat skin, fresh meat, seaweed soup bag.
- Wash the fresh meat thoroughly and chop it into a paste for later use.
- 3. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add salt, a small amount of MSG, and a little pepper.
- 4. Mix the fresh meat puree evenly and set aside for later use.
- 5. Place the prepared meat filling in the middle of the dough.
- 6. Fold the dough in half as shown in the picture.
- 7. Slowly pinch and wrap from both sides towards the middle.
- 8. Packaged flat meat.
- After boiling water in the pot, add the wrapped flat meat.
- 10. When the flat meat floats up and the skin color becomes transparent, it is cooked and taken out of the pot.
- 11. Boil water in a pot, open the seaweed soup bag, and boil it.
