Steps to make Fried rice noodles

1. All ingredients are ready![]()
2. Cut garlic sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms and set them aside for later use![]()
3. Beat the eggs and stir fry until cooked. Remove and set aside for later use![]()
4. Soak dry Rice noodles in cold water for about 10 minutes![]()
5. Put oil in the wok and add chopped scallions to the wok![]()
6. Pour in chopped garlic sprouts, carrots, and mushrooms![]()
7. Add a spoonful of soy sauce![]()
8. Add a spoonful of salt for seasoning![]()
9. Stir fry for a while![]()
10. Put in soft Rice noodles and stir quickly![]()
