Steps to make Flower sushi

  • 1. Prepare amaranth and choose leaves with red dots.
  • 2. Cut finely and mix well with salt and sesame oil to marinate for a moment.

  • 5. Cut pineapple, egg cake, ham sausage and cucumber into thin strips.
  • 6. Mix cooked rice with salt and sushi vinegar evenly.
  • 7. Mix evenly with amaranth.
  • 8. Cover the sushi curtain with cling film and seaweed.
  • 9. Spread the rice and press it down.
  • 10. Keep the cling film still, flip over the seaweed and rice, and compact them tightly.
  • 11. Leave a space in the middle and spread rice on both sides.
  • 12. Place eggs, cucumbers, pineapples, and sausages on the table.
  • 13. Squeeze on salad dressing.
  • 14. Sprinkle meat floss.
