Some time ago, I didn't use up the homemade Red bean soup, and I accumulated a lot of flour. I stayed at home at the weekend to continue my baking trip. The most important thing that can consume the bean paste and flour is the bean paste meal bag. Before the meal bag was baked, I actually didn't have much confidence. Because I was a novice in baking, and the meal bag was made for the first time, my efforts were not disappointing. When the oven was permeated with a strong flavor of milk flavored bread, you could unconsciously run into the kitchen, carefully observe its changes, and gradually change from white to fat to golden. This process was wonderful, and joy came naturally. As soon as it was baked, it received praise from family members. It was truly delicious, with a soft texture and a strong milk flavor.

Steps to make Bean Paste Meal Bun
- 1. Weigh the required ingredients and add milk, sugar, salt, whole egg mixture, and milk powder to the bread bucket in sequence
- 2. Pour in high flour and yeast powder again
- 3. Turn on the bread machine, use the kneading function for 30 minutes, press the pause button halfway through kneading (about 15 minutes later), use chopsticks to put the dry powder stuck to the inner wall of the bread machine into the dough, and add butter while continuing to stir
- 4. The mixed dough is placed in a bread maker for fermentation, and the dough expands to about 2-5 times its size
- 5. Take out the dough and exhaust it on the cutting board. At this point, the dough is a bit sticky to the hands. Apply a little butter on both hands to easily shape it
- 6. Divide the dough into several equally sized small balls, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes
- 7. At the same time, take out the Red bean soup and divide it into circles of the same size
- 8. Wrap it in the dough, tighten the seal, and knead it into a round shape
- 9. After wrapping everything, place it on a baking tray, leaving some gaps between the buns as the bread will expand and become larger during the baking process
- 10. Place it in the oven for further fermentation (at this time, the oven does not need to be powered on). Place a bowl of hot water in the oven, and the heat from the steam can help the bread quickly rise
- 11. Prepare egg yolk mixture and white sesame seeds at the same time
- When the bread has expanded to twice its size, take it out and brush the surface with a layer of egg yolk liquid
- 13. Sprinkle some white sesame seeds
- 14. Place in the middle layer of the oven, 180 degrees for 15 minutes
- 15. Bake until the surface of the meal bag turns golden yellow
