Steps to make Crucian carp and tofu soup
- 1. Fresh live fish, slaughtered and washed.
- 2. Add a little cooking wine and marinate the fish.
- 3. Cut scallions into sections, prepare star anise and ginger slices, and cut tofu into large pieces.
- 4. Heat up a frying pan, pour in oil, heat up, put in the fish, and fry both sides until golden brown. If it sticks to the pot, you can add some ginger slices to the oil to prevent sticking.
- 5. Boil the water inside and put the fried fish in.
