Steps to make Fresh Shrimp Yuzi Tofu

  • 1. Main ingredients: 2 pieces of Yuzi tofu, 3 eggs, and 5 fresh shrimp.
  • 2. Remove the shrimp head, peel off the shrimp shell (leave the shrimp tail), peel it from the back, pass the shrimp tail through the middle, and slightly arrange it into Shrimp balls.

  • 4. Cut the Yuzi tofu in the middle and slice it into 0.5-centimeter thick pieces.
