Steps to make Sugar doesn't shake
- 1. Prepare glutinous rice flour.
- 2. Mix the glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough.
- 3. Twist into small rice dumpling.
- 4. Before rubbing the small rice dumpling, boil a pot of water. After the water boils, put the small rice dumpling into the pot and stir it to prevent sticking and bottom sticking.

- 7. Boil until all the sugar has melted and it forms a large bubble.
- 8. Pour rice dumpling with cold water.
- 9. Cook over medium heat and keep stirring during the process.
- 10. Drain the water.
- 11. Pour in the egg mixture.
- 12. Quickly stir until the eggs are fully cooked, otherwise there will be a gamey smell. If you don't like eggs, you can also skip this step.
