Steps to make Braised Duck with Ginger
- 1. Wash the duck meat in cold water and blanch it in a pot. After the bleeding water is removed, rinse and set aside.
- 2. Wash and slice ginger for later use.
- 3. Stir fry ginger slices in hot oil in a hot pot.
- 4. Add the duck meat and stir fry until dry.
