Steps to make Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
- 1. Blanch 500g of pork chops in water and boil for 30 minutes. The meat soup can be used to cook noodles, so don't pour them out.
- 2. Marinate with one tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and two tablespoons of fragrant vinegar (not white vinegar) for 20 minutes.
- 3. Take it out, wash it thoroughly, control the water, and set it aside. Fry it until golden brown. Don't put too much oil to save fuel, just flip it over frequently.
- 4. Put pork ribs in the pot, water for marinating pork ribs, and three tablespoons of white sugar (boldly add three tablespoons of sugar, don't be afraid of too much). Boil half a bowl of meat broth over high heat and add half a teaspoon of salt to enhance the flavor.
- 5. Simmer over low heat for ten minutes and over high heat until the sauce is harvested. Add a tablespoon of vinegar at the end of the process, and the sweet and sour taste will come out.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a little MSG before serving.
