Steps to make Japanese style fried dumplings

  • 1. Prepare ingredients
  • 2. Cut the cabbage into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Add an appropriate amount of salt and marinate for about 10 minutes. Squeeze dry and set aside for later use.
  • 3. Chop the chives into small pieces and set them aside for later use
  • 4. Put the sandwich minced meat into a mixing bowl, add salt, and stir evenly in one direction.
