Steps to make Sweet and Sour Crispy Tofu

  • 1. Cut tender tofu into small cubes in moderation (old tofu can also be used)

  • 3. Remove and drain the water

  • 9. Mix a sweet and sour sauce: 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 4 tablespoons of white sugar, 4 tablespoons of white vinegar, a little cooking wine, a little salt, and an appropriate amount of starch

  • 11. Then pour in sweet and sour sauce and cook until it bubbles up

  • 13. Quickly stir and pour in a small amount of bright oil, then remove from the pot and place on a plate
