Steps to make Naked Oat Noodle Fish

  • 1. Mix buckwheat flour with boiling water to form a dough that is neither soft nor hard.
  • 2. Take half of the dough and knead it into long strips.
  • 3. Cut into small dough pieces and knead them round by hand.
  • 4. Then rub it into a long strip with pointed ends in your palm, and the fish is ready. Cover with gauze to prevent drying and cracking.
  • 5. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  • 6. Wash and cut mushrooms with a knife, slice them into slices, and cut them into pieces.

  • 8. Heat the wok and stir fry the mushrooms until the water dries and turns golden brown. Remove from the heat.
