Steps to make Stir fried pork with green and red peppers
- 1. Wash and slice the pork belly for later use.
- 2. Cut green and red peppers, garlic, ginger, and fermented black beans and set aside for later use (I forgot to pat the chili peppers).
- 3. Heat the oil in the pot and add pork belly to stir fry until fragrant. Then add ginger, garlic, and fermented black beans and stir fry for a while.
- 4. Add green and red peppers and stir fry. Add salt and soy sauce and continue stir frying. After frying, add some scallions and remove from the pan.
- 5. Plate up (Personally, I like to stir fry pork belly a little dry so that it doesn't get greasy, and for those who like meat, they don't have to stir fry it too dry... it's a very delicious dish).
