Steps to make Steamed Spring Cake
- 1. Mix all the ingredients into a dough, cover it with a lid, and wake up for 40 minutes
- 2. Divide the awakened dough evenly into four portions
- 3. Take two portions and press them into cakes with your palm
- 4. Brush vegetable oil on the surface
- 5. Stick the faces of the vegetable oil brush together
- 6. Use a rolling pin to roll into thin pancakes, the thinner the better
- 7. Place a steamer cloth in the steamer, put the rolled cake into the steamer, and brush a thin layer of oil on the surface
- 8. Roll out the remaining pancakes one by one and pour them together (I only steamed two layers, if I made too many, I need to brush a thin layer of oil with each layer)
