Steps to make Ice skin bean paste plum blossom cake
- 1. Prepare all materials.
- 2. Pour milk, vegetable oil, and powdered sugar into a bowl and stir evenly.
- 3. Pour glutinous rice flour, sticky Rice noodles and rice flour into another bowl and mix well.
- 4. Slowly pour the evenly mixed milk mixture into the flour bowl and stir while pouring until the mixture is evenly mixed.
- 5. Filter the evenly mixed slurry through a filter twice.
- 6. Leave it aside for half an hour.
- 7. When standing the slurry, prepare 15g of glutinous rice flour, stir fry it in the pan with low heat until it turns slightly yellow, and then turn off the heat to cool for use.
- 8. Place the prepared batter in a pot of boiling water, cover it with plastic wrap, and steam over high heat for 30 minutes.
