Steps to make Pita bread soaked in Lamb Soup
- 1. Wash the lamb, add cold water to the pot, add ginger slices, star anise, and fragrant leaves, bring to a boil, skim off the foam. After skimming off the foam, transfer it to a pressure cooker and add all the seasonings and press for 15 minutes
- 2. Fans soak in cold water until soft
- 3. Mix the flour with yeast and warm water to form a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes
- 4. Rub the well kneaded dough for a while to release air. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape. Roll it up from one end and stand it up to flatten it
- 5. Flatten the dough and roll it into a pancake shape, then heat it over low heat and cook it
- 6. Fry the dough until it's 80% ripe and both sides are golden brown. After letting it cool, break it into the size you like
- 7. Cut the stewed lamb into pieces
- 8. Put lamb soup into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add lamb and broken bread pieces and cook for one minute, then add soaked vermicelli and cook for one minute
- 9. Turn off the heat, take it out, add cilantro, and I also dropped a few drops of chili oil, paired with a few slices of sweet garlic. It's so refreshing!
