- 1. Cut tofu into evenly sized pieces with controlled dry water.
- 2. Stir the eggs into liquid.
- 3. Dip the tofu chunks in the egg mixture evenly, and at the same time, add oil to the frying pan and put it on top of the heat.
- 4. Heat 70% oil and add tofu cubes dipped in egg liquid.
- 5. Fry golden brown on both sides and serve on a plate.
