Steps to make Steak and pasta combo

  • 1. The film I use can be marinated with an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper juice for at least 2 hours if it is not pickled.
  • 2. Wash and chop vegetables, onions, and tomatoes.
  • 3. Add a little salt to the water and cook the vegetables in the pot.
  • 4. Next, cook the pasta for 8 minutes and remove the excess water for later use.
  • 5. Heat the oil in the pot and stir fry the onions until fragrant.
  • 6. Fry the tomatoes in a pot to make the soup.
  • 7. Add an appropriate amount of salt and simmer a spoonful of black pepper juice into a sauce. Remove and set aside.
  • Before frying the steak, use a kitchen tissue to absorb the water.
  • 9. Heat a frying pan with an appropriate amount of butter.
  • 10. Put the steak in and fry it over high heat. I like 8 points, 2 minutes on one side, and 1 and a half minutes on the other side. You can adjust the time according to your preference.
  • 11. Covering the pasta with sauce is a good decoration, and pouring some pepper sauce on the steak is even more delicious.
  • 12. Steak with 8 points is my favorite.
