- 1. Prepare materials. (Shredded vegetarian meat, cucumber, ginger slices, sweet noodle sauce, water starch, sugar, salt, container);
- 2. Soak the shredded meat in boiling water for 3-5 minutes! (The feeling of fluffiness when picked up by hand);
