Steps to make Braised beef
- 1. Wash and slice ginger for later use.
- 2. Set aside an appropriate amount of spices.
- 3. Wash the beef tendon and set aside.
- 4. Wash the beef with clean water (I also braised the beef ribs I bought together).
- 5. Put hot oil into the pot and add spices to the pot.
- 6. Stir fry the spices to create a fragrant aroma.
- 7. Put the stir fried spices into a clay pot.
- 8. Add beef.
- 9. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt.
- 10. Add an appropriate amount of water.
- 11. Cover with high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and marinate for about 2 hours.
- 12. Marinated beef chopsticks can be easily inserted.
- 13. Remove the beef and let it cool before slicing.
- 14. Let it cool and slice into slices.
