Steps to make Fruit flavored seaweed rolls
- 1. Mix rice with vinegar and sugar, and cut carrots and cucumbers into thin strips. Cover the sushi curtain with plastic wrap that is larger than the area of seaweed.
- 2. Spread the rice on plastic wrap.
- 3. Lay a seaweed on top of the rice and then lay a layer of rice. Place carrot and cucumber strips at the bottom and squeeze a strawberry jam.
- 4. Pinch the cling film and bamboo curtain together, and roll the bamboo curtain up tightly.
- 5. Roll and remove cling film and bamboo curtains while rolling.
- 6. After rolling and pressing into shape, open the cling film and bamboo curtain.
- 7. Sprinkle coconut on the rice layer and cling film, then wrap the cling film again to evenly stick the coconut onto the rice layer.
