Steps to make Di San Xian
- 1. Wash and remove the stem of eggplants.
- 2. Cut the eggplant into pieces and add starch, stir well.
- 3. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small pieces.
- 4. Wash the chili peppers and cut them into small pieces for later use.
- 5. Heat the oil in the pot and fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes.

- 7. Add eggplants and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
