Steps to make Braised Beef
- 1. Cut beef tendon meat into large pieces and put them in cold water
- 2. Prepare spices
- 3. Burn away the dirt and clean it thoroughly
- 4. Put it into an iron pot and add spices
- 5. Add all the seasonings (adjust the amount according to your taste, but don't use too much dark soy sauce, just add a little color)
- 6. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer
- 7. About an hour and a half, wait until the juice is collected, turn off the heat, soak and cool it down
