Steps to make Coffee Pudding
- 1. Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Grant Mocha black coffee, 180ml milk, 8g white sugar (adjusted according to personal taste), 2 eggs Decoration: dark chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate cookies. (May be changed or omitted at discretion).
- 2. Put 8 grams of white sugar into the milk pot.
- 3. Pour in 180ml of milk.
- 4. Heat the milk pot to melt the white sugar.
- 5. Put 1 teaspoon of Grant Mocha black coffee powder in the cup. Pour hot milk into a coffee cup, mix well and cool, set aside.
- 6. Crush 2 eggs.
- 7. Add the cooled milk coffee to the egg mixture and stir evenly. Filter with a filter screen 4 times.
- 8. Pour milk, coffee, and egg mixture into the pudding mold. Seal the pudding mold with plastic wrap, steam over high heat in a steamer, and steam over low heat in a pudding cup for 10-12 minutes.
- After steaming and cooling, it can be eaten.
