Steps to make Coffee Pudding

  • 1. Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Grant Mocha black coffee, 180ml milk, 8g white sugar (adjusted according to personal taste), 2 eggs Decoration: dark chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate cookies. (May be changed or omitted at discretion).
  • 2. Put 8 grams of white sugar into the milk pot.
  • 3. Pour in 180ml of milk.
  • 4. Heat the milk pot to melt the white sugar.
  • 5. Put 1 teaspoon of Grant Mocha black coffee powder in the cup. Pour hot milk into a coffee cup, mix well and cool, set aside.
  • 6. Crush 2 eggs.
  • 7. Add the cooled milk coffee to the egg mixture and stir evenly. Filter with a filter screen 4 times.
  • 8. Pour milk, coffee, and egg mixture into the pudding mold. Seal the pudding mold with plastic wrap, steam over high heat in a steamer, and steam over low heat in a pudding cup for 10-12 minutes.
  • After steaming and cooling, it can be eaten.
  • 10. Put the dark chocolate into a piping bag, put it in a steamer to melt with steam, and then cut a small opening in the piping bag. Place a marshmallow on the surface of the cooled pudding, squeeze on chocolate sauce, and add a chocolate biscuit.
