Steps to make Sesame paste noodles, Lotus Root and Cucumber
- 1. Take 25 lotus root noodles.
- Soak in pure water for about half an hour.
- 3. Soak until the lotus root has no hard core, squeeze out the water.
- The amount of 4.25 grains of lotus root soaked in water is quite large.
- 5. Cut a fruit cucumber in half and slice it thinly.
