Steps to make Seafood tofu
- 1. Soak glutinous rice in advance until soft, wash it clean, and put it in a steamer. Steam for 30 minutes. After steaming, let it cool.
- 2. Prepare lotus root, soaked mushroom, dried tofu and pickled mustard.
- 3. Cut it all into small cubes.
- 4. Put the lotus roots in a pot and blanch them slightly to prevent them from turning black, then remove them.
- 5. Pour in 3ml of vegetable oil first.
- 6. Add diced mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.
- 7. Add the other ingredients and stir fry them.
- 8. Add clean water without any ingredients, then add fragrant leaves, star anise, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Cook until the sauce becomes slightly thick, then turn off the heat and remove.
- 9. Take a bowl and add flour and soybean flour.
- 10. Add an appropriate amount of water to make a thinner batter.
- 11. Crack another egg and beat it up for later use.
- Heat the pot over low heat and pour in the remaining 2ml of vegetable oil.
- 13. Spread the batter first, try to round and dilute it as much as possible.
- 14. After slightly shaping, pour in the egg mixture.
- 15. Flip over after shaping.
- At this point, add glutinous rice and stir fried diced vegetables in sequence (this step can be done by turning off the heat)
- 17. Fold back the pancakes around you.
