Steps to make Green papaya salad

  • 1. Prepare the ingredients.
  • 2. Peel and shred the green papaya (in Thailand, you will directly use a knife to strike the papaya longitudinally before cutting it into shreds).
  • For convenience, I will use a wire planer directly.
  • 4. Add garlic cloves, millet peppers, salt, monosodium glutamate, and sugar to the garlic blender and crush.
  • 5. Continue to add shrimp.
  • 6. Cut the small tomatoes in half and pound them together.
