Steps to make Braised Pork with Plum Cabbage

  • 1. Soak dried plum vegetables in an appropriate amount of water for one hour.
  • 2. Soak the pickled vegetables until soft and chop them into small pieces.
  • 3. Pork belly, choose large chunks.
  • 4. Add water to the pot and cook for 20-30 minutes.
  • 5. Cook until seven layers are cooked, chopsticks can pass through and pick up.
  • 6. Cool in cool water.
  • 7. Take it out of the water, use a dry cloth to absorb the water, and use a fork to pierce the surface of the pork skin back and forth with dense small holes.
  • 8. Apply the dark soy sauce evenly.
