Steps to make Pork floss, salted egg yolk filling, green balls
- 1. Ingredients: glutinous rice flour, japonica Rice noodles.
- 2. Artemisia powder, meat floss, salted egg yolk, and soft white sugar.
- 3. Add an appropriate amount of corn oil to the meat floss.
- 4. Mix well.
- 5. Put 300g glutinous rice flour and 150g japonica Rice noodles into a large bowl.
- 6. Then, add 20 grams of mugwort powder and soft white sugar.
- 7. Gradually add warm water and mix with mugwort flour glutinous rice balls.
- 8. Next, take some mugwort flour glutinous rice balls and knead them into a nest, then place meat floss and salted egg yolks on top.
- 9. Wrap it up and knead it into a round ball, then flatten it.
- 10. Then, put it into a steamer lined with zongzi leaves.
- 11. Cover and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Finally, open the lid and remove it.
