- 1. Peel and clean taro, pumpkin, and carrot for later use.
- 2. Cut into small pieces.
- 3. Mix minced meat with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, and marinate for a while.
- 4. Thaw and clean the peas.
