Steps to make Christmas rocking cookies

  • 1. A group photo of cookie ingredients.
  • Mix high gluten flour, low gluten flour, and milk powder evenly.

  • 8. Cut open a fresh-keeping bag, wrap it around the butter dough, press it into a thin pancake, and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Once the pancake has hardened, proceed to the next step.
  • 9. Take out the dough and roll it into thin slices of about 2 millimeters. Use two circular biscuit molds of different sizes to carve out the biscuit green. The width of the biscuit ring is about 1 centimeter.
