Steps to make Bean Paste Toast Bread
- 1. The ingredients are ready
- 2. Pour all ingredients except for black sesame seeds, bean paste filling, and butter in the order from liquid to solid. Remember to put yeast last, dig a hole in the middle of the flour and put it in. Leave a little egg mixture behind, and use it to brush bread later
- 3. After 20 minutes with the noodle machine
- 4. Add softened diced butter and continue mixing for 30 minutes
- 5. Rub the dough into a dough mask state, and then you can wake it up. The dough will grow to 2-2.5 times its size, and the dough mixer I used has a wake-up function for 1 hour
- 6. Gently pat the prepared dough a few times, divide it into three equal parts, cover them with plastic wrap, and continue to wake the dough for 15 minutes
- 7. Then roll each small ball into the shape shown in the picture, remember to squeeze out the bubbles in the dough when rolling, and then fold both sides in half
- 8. Gently roll up as shown in the picture
- 9. After rolling up, continue to cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 10 minutes
- 10. Then roll each dough into long strips and coat them with bean paste
- 11. Roll it up and put it in a pound of toast box
- 12. Cover with plastic wrap and perform one final wake-up,
- 13. I put the toast box covered with plastic wrap into the oven, then pour a bowl of hot water on the lower layer, close the oven door, and wait for about 45-50 minutes
- 14. Expand the toast to 80% of the height of the toast box, take it out, brush the surface with whole egg mixture, and then sprinkle some black sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, then put the toast in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. In the picture, there is also a braided bean paste bread that I made extra, which I baked together! On the right is the toast. After it expands, the surface begins to color. When the color is good, it needs to be taken out halfway. There is also a layer of tin foil on top of the toast to prevent the surface from burning!
- 16. Remove the mold immediately after taking it out, be careful not to burn your hands
- 17. The drawing effect is very good
- 18. The taste is very good!!!
- 19. Success!
