River noodles are my favorite, no matter what kind of preparation, I never get tired of eating them. This dry stir fry is salty, fresh, slightly sweet, and delicious. This large plate of Beef chow fun is my lunch on Saturday.

  • 1. Prepare materials
  • 2. Marinate beef with salt, soy sauce, pepper, and starch for 15 minutes
  • 3. Heat up the wok, add oil, and stir fry the marinated beef until it changes color. Set aside for later use
  • 4. Mix soy sauce, sugar, and salt with dark soy sauce to make a delicious sauce
  • 5. Heat up the pot, add oil, stir fry scallions and ginger shreds until fragrant
  • 6. Stir fry the rice noodles together
  • 7. After the rice noodles are slightly softened, add onions and mung bean sprouts and stir fry together
  • 8. Add the prepared sauce and stir fry together
  • 9. When the bean sprouts are ripe, add the stir fried beef and stir fry together. Add chicken essence and scallions and stir fry evenly. Then, remove from the pan
