Steps to make Brown sugar cherry Muffin

  • 1. Pour egg mixture, corn oil, and milk into a large glass bowl
  • 2. Add brown sugar and salt, stir well
  • 3. Remove the stems and pits from fresh cherries, cut them into small pieces, and pour them into a bowl
  • 4. Stir evenly and set aside for later use
  • 5. Sift the low flour and baking powder into a large bowl
  • 6. Sift again into a glass bowl
  • 7. Use a scraper to gently mix from bottom to top until the flour is completely wet
  • 8. Pour the mixed batter into the McFen mold, which is 7% full (my mold has a larger diameter, so I only poured about 1/2)
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place it in the middle layer, and bake for about 25-30 minutes
  • 10. Bake until the surface is completely swollen and turns brownish red. Insert a toothpick and remove it without any adhesive, indicating that it is cooked
