Steps to make Banana Walnut Mafen
- 1. Cut walnuts into small pieces
- 2. Melt and cool saltless butter for later use
- 3. Mash bananas into paste

The oven temperature is 180 degrees above and below the heat! 20 to 25 minutes (different ovens have different temperatures, pay attention to the time when baking) to check if the cake is cooked. You can use a toothpick to poke into the middle layer of the cake and make sure it is not sticky, as it is already cooked!
- 8. The freshly baked muffin has a crispy surface and a rich milk aroma of banana and butter!
- I prefer the next day's Mafen, which is softer and more glutinous, with a better taste.
