I learned how to pull noodles from two friends in the northwest of the community. As full-time mothers, we have been together every day since our babies were very young. Over time, we have become good friends. On rainy days, we cannot take our babies out to play, so we visit each other and cook and eat together, grabbing noodles. It is the most common dish we make together. Since the children were very young, they have been cooking together, so now every time we are together, the children all say they want to eat "noodles" with tomatoes, eggs, vegetables, and sometimes beef. Steps to make Pulling noodles

- Mix flour with an appropriate amount of water to form a flocculent consistency.
- 3. Knead into a smooth dough.
- 4. Wrap with plastic wrap and wake up for 20 minutes.
- 5. Break the eggs.
- 6. Stir fry in a wok and remove.
- 7. In a separate wok, stir fry the tomatoes until they become soft, then cover the wok and let it simmer for a while.
- 8. Add eggs, soy sauce, and salt and mix well before serving.
- 9. Heat up the wok and stir fry the crab flavored mushrooms until soft and juicy.
- 10. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
- 11. After waking up, knead the dough evenly again.
- Roll it out to a thickness of about 1cm.

- 14. Brush a layer of cooking oil on top, covering every side.
- 15. Take a strip and use your index finger and thumb to pinch it wide, thin, and long.

- After the water in the pot boils, hold the noodle strip in your left hand.
- 18. Use your right hand to pull out a nail sized piece of dough from the pot.
- At the beginning, you can grab a bigger piece, but later on, you need to grab smaller pieces (so that the later ones will be cooked quickly) until you finish grabbing them all.
- 20. After cooking the noodles, add bok choy or green vegetables and add salt.
- 21. Add the stir fried tomatoes and eggs, along with chopped green onions and sesame oil, and you're ready to stir fry.
- 22. It's hot and the children eat quickly.
- I like to add a spoonful of homemade chopped peppers, it's very satisfying to eat.
