- 1. Wash the four tomatoes you bought, use a cutting knife, and place them in a container with heated water for 10 minutes to remove the skin.
- 2. Take 2 peeled tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Put them into a blender and beat them into tomato juice. Pour them into a bowl and set aside.
- 3. Cut the remaining tomatoes into pieces for later use.
- 4. Wash the onions and chop them into small pieces. Cut the ginger into small pieces and put them into a blender to make onion sauce. Remove and set aside for later use.
- 5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up. Add the beaten onion sauce and stir fry over low heat for 2 minutes.
- 6. Pour in the prepared tomato juice and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 7. Pour in 6 rock candies, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate, and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and stir fry until the rock candies melt. Remove and set aside.
